The Senior Adult Ministry (age 55+) seeks to glorify God as we continue to reach the Stones Crossing senior adults, to enhance their lives in a community that loves the Lord. We encourage seniors to grow in the Lord and to challenge them to serve the Lord with all their heart, mind, soul, and strength.
Job 12:12 says, “Wisdom is with the aged, and understanding in length of days.” Our senior Christians have many gifts to share. At this stage of our lives, we are better able to evaluate the past, to know and live more deeply in the faith, and to serve as examples and guides.

When do we meet?
Game nights: Our seniors meet regularly for game nights of dominos and euchre. Those events can be found on our events page.
Monthly lunches or seasonal meals: We share meals throughout the year in different seasons and locations. For more info, email us.
Book club: We have a book club that meets monthly at someone's house. We choose both fictional and non-fictional titles with the purpose of learning more about God, ourselves, and the world around us. If you love to read and discuss what you are reading in a Christian community, please join us! Book club meets the second Tuesday of every month. Email us with any questions.
Service projects: Throughout the year, we do service projects to help those in need. Here are a few examples:
Social gatherings and outings: Throughout the year, we have dinner parties, game nights, and picnics that all senior adults are welcome to attend. Many events are listed on our Stones Crossing Church events page.
