What to expect
What time do services start?
Stones Crossing Church hosts two services on Sunday mornings: 9:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Each service lasts about 75 minutes.
What is your children’s programming like?
Stones Crossing Kids is available for children ages birth to fourth grade. Trained volunteers (who’ve been screened with a background check) help in leading your children in worship, along with a Bible teaching and a craft related to the lesson. Learn more about Stones Crossing Kids, where you may also sign them up for Sunday morning services before you visit.
Do you have youth group for teenagers?
Stones Crossing Students is open to students, grades five through twelve. Transit is the name of youth group for boys and girls in fifth through eighth grades. Transit meets in The House (located near the main auditorium) at 9:00 a.m. during first service. Motion is for teens, ages ninth through twelfth grades and meets Sunday nights at 6:00 p.m. (also in The House).
What should I wear?
You can dress up in a suit or dress or come in your jeans and Indianapolis Colts jersey. Stones is pretty informal, so wear whatever you are comfortable in for worship. Whatever works best for you and your family is fine with us.
What is your church’s worship style?
When we gather for worship our primary goal is to point people toward Jesus Christ, remind people of our need for a Savior, and to celebrate what He has done. We incorporate hymns and modern worship songs that reflect the character and goodness of God. We always strive to make sure what we sing together is theologically rich, doctrinally sound, and biblically accurate. In our time together we want to guide our congregation in gospel-centered worship expressed in obedience and adoration to God, through Jesus Christ, motivated by the Holy Spirit.
