Mackenzie Anders

Fellowship of Christian Athletes – Johnson County

Me and my husband, Evan, live in the Center Grove area. I grew up in Center Grove and Evan is originally from Brownsburg. We both played sports from when we were young all the way through college so, we enjoy being involved in local sports and using athletics as a platform to transform lives through Christ.

My mission field is the schools, fields, courts, and gyms of Johnson County! FCA meets coaches and athletes where they are at and teaches them how to be disciples within their teams and on campus. There is an FCA huddle in all of Johnson County’s school districts. Our 14 huddles meet weekly before school to study the word and learn how to become leaders on and off the field.

Rich Thompson

Fire and Fragrance University of the Nations // YWAM Kona

I am from the UK originally, but have also been an American citizen for the last 10 years. I am 57 years old and have been in leadership in Youth With A Mission (YWAM) for the last 33 years. I am a long term missionary.

As an individual staff member of Youth With A Mission (YWAM) for 33 years and having lived and worked in Amsterdam, Holland; Las Vegas, Nevada, and now in Kona, Hawaii (at the largest missionary training base in the world), my calling is to train many 1000s of young people into missions, evangelism, and church planting into many nations of the world. My goal is to train, mentor, and be a father to many and to see healthy disciples making disciples in the nations – just like the four generations mentioned in 2 Tim 2:2.

Grant and Holly Lemmons

Bridges International (Cru – Columbus)

We currently have two kids. Zeke will be two in March and Luke is arriving in November.
We are so thankful for Stones Crossing and so blessed to have such a strong sending church that loves us, prays for us, and holds us up as we minister to college students.

We live in Columbus, Ohio and work for Bridges International (a ministry of Cru). We work on campus at Ohio State and specifically invest our time reaching out to international students. There are approximately 7000 internationals at OSU, with over 4000 students from China. We are trusting God to win OSU international students to Christ, build them up in their faith, and send them out after graduation on mission for Jesus back to their home countries.

We send out a monthly update newsletter. Please reach out to me at or 317-893-6964 and give me your email if you would like to be added to the email list.

Emily Nussbaum

Campus Director // Cru – Indianapolis

My husband and I grew up in the Center Grove area before moving away for college. After college I felt called to spend a year in Southeast Asia with Cru while my husband worked in Chicago. After that year we both moved back to Indianapolis, got married and settled in the Broad Ripple area. My husband is an attorney for Indiana University while I continue to work for Cru at the universities around Indianapolis. We have two daughters. Hannah who is four and Ellie who is two. Our girls keep us very busy but we are thankful for this season of life.

I am the campus director for Cru in the Indianapolis area. My co-leader and I are in charge of overseeing the Cru campus ministry at Butler University, IUPUI, University of Indianapolis, Ivy Tech-Indianapolis and Wabash College. I get to help direct and empower our local staff as well as connect with students across those universities.
